PA MEDI is Pennsylvania's free Medicare counseling service, operated by the PA Department of Aging and delivered through 52 local Area Agencies on Aging statewide.

Pennsylvania Medicare Education and Decision Insight (PA MEDI) is Pennsylvania's SHIP program, part of the national network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs. Operated by the Pennsylvania Department of Aging since 1995, PA MEDI provides free, unbiased, and confidential Medicare counseling through specially trained certified counselors at Pennsylvania's 52 Area Agencies on Aging. Services include help with understanding Medicare coverage, navigating the enrollment process, identifying financial assistance programs, and resolving Medicare billing concerns and appeals.
